Jack Goldenberg

Managing Member

Lance Kann

Senior Executive Vice President
Corporate Development and Strategy


Lance brings 45 years of global experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked for top tier firms including Cipla, Teva, IVAX, Mylan, and Wyeth/Lederle (now Pfizer), and was a Board Trustee and Advisor of Brother’s Brother Foundation.

His expertise includes corporate development, business planning, global operations, API and formulations, end-to-end supply chain, project and product life-cycle management and information technology. He is recognized for bringing innovative and transformative, pragmatic approaches to address business challenges and customer needs.

Lance holds a BS in Biochemistry/Chemistry from Rutgers University and an MBA in Industrial Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.


Kerry Collias

Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing

Kerry has 35 years experience in sales, marketing, business development and commercial operations in the generic industry. In her prior position, she headed business development and manufacturing partner alliances. She also led commercial operations, including national accounts, contracts and pricing, distribution and customer service. At Goldline, Zenith Goldline and IVAX, her Sales roles included developing and managing the inside and field sales teams promoting OTC and prescription products to retail, institutional and government accounts. In her marketing capacity she oversaw product management for OTC, vitamin and prescription product lines, successfully launching numerous blockbuster and first-to-file generics. Kerry has a BBA in Marketing from Marshall University.

Kiran Kanneganti

Senior Vice President, Head of R&D and Technical Services

Kiran leads R&D and Technical Services across the Chartwell sites and manages a team of R&D professionals. He is responsible for the development of ANDAs, as well as site transfer of various solid dosage forms, liquids, topicals, ophthalmic and Injectable product portfolios. He plays a key role in the implementation of new developmental strategies to simplify processes to bring cost effective medications to the market. Kiran is a strategic and influential leader with more than 24 years of experience in generic product development. He was responsible for the development of more than 120 ANDAs and site transfers which also include FTFs and complex generics during his career. Prior to joining Chartwell, Kiran held various leadership roles in Cipla USA, InvaGen, Lupin and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. Kiran holds a master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Technology and certifications in Project Management, Patent and Copyright law.

Monique Weitz

Executive Vice President Regulatory Affairs

Monique possesses 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Chartwell, she worked for Cipla North America as Head of Regulatory Affairs and also at Actavis as a Senior Director, Regulatory Affairs. Previously, she held management positions in project management at Elan and Abrika. Her professional work experience started at Sano (Elan) where she served as a chemist, Quality Control supervisor and Quality Assurance Manager. Monique earned her BS in Biology, BA in Chemistry, and MBA at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. She holds a Regulatory Affairs Certificate (RAC) and a Project Management Profession (PMP) Certificate.

Vinia Jeudy

Vice President Quality Assurance



Vinia possesses nearly 20 years of experience with Quality, having worked in top global firms such as Pfizer, Aptar and Intercos. She has an extensive background in current FDA regulations and is skilled in ISO and cGMP regulated environments. Her expertise is in preparation for FDA site inspections, audits, risk management, lot disposition and quality systems. She has worked in various industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, nutritional products and cosmetics. As Vice President of Quality Assurance, she is responsible for overseeing all of Chartwell quality operations in support of commercial activities originating from manufacturing, laboratories and third-party facilities. Vinia received a BS in Biology with a concentration in Biotechnology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She holds multiple certifications including Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points /Risk Management, Bloodborne Pathogen Protection, Drug Development and Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance.


Neha Desai-Jimenez

Vice President, Operations


Neha Desai-Jimenez has 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. As the Vice President of Operations, she will oversee all operational activities at the Chartwell Carmel, NY Plant.
Before joining Chartwell, she worked for Lannett Company, leading operations for one of the manufacturing facilities in their pharma network. At Silarx Pharmaceuticals, she was a part of the executive leadership team, where she played an integral role in optimizing the RD portfolio/pipeline strategy and supporting the commercial sales team and responsibilities in general management. Neha comes to Chartwell with diverse skills and experiences, including operations, marketing, supporting M&A diligence and integration, and health care field experience. Neha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Suny Purchase and has earned a degree as a Board-Certified Respiratory Therapist.
